The California State Athletic Fee needs Tyson Nam to maneuver up in 

weight after the UFC fighter violated the board's fight-night weight 

laws Saturday at UFC San Diego.

Nam weighed 126 kilos Friday on the weigh-ins, efficiently making 

the nontitle flyweight restrict. However on battle evening, 

the CSAC weighed Nam once more and he was 146.2 kilos, a rise of 

20.2 kilos and 16%. Something over 10% is flagged by the fee and 

something greater than 16% is a violation. Nam falls into the latter class.
